Add Subscription Items
The Cleverbridge platform supports product recommendations for subscriptions. The components of the Cleverbridge platform that support recommendations, along with the recommendation-related use cases that they support, are identified below.
Checkout Process
- Offer a non-subscription product to a paid subscription customer An individual or business purchasing your product or service by placing an order through Cleverbridge. The customer is the end user of this product, as they are not allowed to resell the purchased products or services. A customer is unique per client. If a customer purchases products or services from two different clients, there are 2 separate records of said customer.. As a best practice, the ProcessCart API should be used, rather than the standard shopping cart/checkout process, because it provides a method for submitting purchases to the Cleverbridge platform with minimal customer interaction.
- Offer a non-subscription product to a freemium subscription customer.
