Get Analytics on Subscriptions

The Cleverbridge platform supports the generation of subscription-related reports. The components of the Cleverbridge platform that support reporting, along with the reporting-related use cases that they support, are identified below.

Commerce Assistant

You can run a report showing the number of subscriptions sold in aggregate, by product or product group. You can filter reports by desired time period, such as the last three months, and can group results by a specific time period, such as by month.

Business Intelligence

You can run a report showing the number of subscriptions sold in aggregate, by product, product group, country, language, affiliateClosed An individual or a company that markets a product to potential customers. The Affiliate receives a commission on a specific action (also called event: e.g., sale, lead, click, visit etc.) previously agreed upon with you, the advertiser. Each action is tracked via a unique tracking link from Partnerize.​ ​An affiliate is also called a publisher., and many other dimensions. You can filter reports by desired time period, such as the last three months, and can group results by a specific time period, such as by month.

Subscriptions in Reports

The reporting worksheet in the Commerce Assistant provides reports of your subscriptions based on criteria you select. You can bookmark the results for easy future access.

On the other hand, the Business Intelligence (BI) reporting tool can be used to measure your future subscription billings. The Expected Subscriptions measure provides future subscription billing results depending on the constraint you use.
