Third-Party Tracking

As of March 31, 2020, Cleverbridge no longer issues payouts to affiliates through the AffiliateClosed An individual or a company that markets a product to potential customers. If you choose to continue using the Affiliate Center to manage your affiliates, you are responsible for paying them out based on the performance reports generated by the Cleverbridge platform.

In the My Details page of the Affiliate Center, affiliates can create and add third-party tracking codes that run on the confirmation pageClosed The confirmation page is displayed after a customer makes a purchase. The confirmation page contains the order confirmation and delivery information. of paid orders and measure the effectiveness of paid search campaigns.

Add a Tracking Code

Affiliates can add a new tracking code with the following steps:

  1. In the My Details page, they select the Third-Party Tracking tab.
  2. They select the new tracking type.
  3. They click Add tracking.

  4. They enter the unique details from their third-party account. Affiliates must log in to their third-party account to find the unique values, such as conversion ID and conversion label, to enter in the Affiliate Center.
  5. They click Save tracking. After saving, the code runs on the confirmation page of paid orders. Conversions will be recorded in the interface of the third-party tool.
