Offering customers the possibility to choose between different versions, plans, language versions of your products in the shopping cart can help you increase your Average OrderClosed An agreement between a seller and a buyer to exchange goods and/or services for money. An order can: - contain multiple products and quantities; - have multiple financial transactions. A preorder authorization is considered an order. Value (AOVClosed Average Order Value, AOV in short, consists of the average value of all items within any given order. AOV is calculated as the net revenue divided by the number of orders paid and not reimbursed.) and overall revenue.

The Cleverbridge platform offers two features that enable you achieve a variety of results in the cart. Once implemented, these features allow you to enhance the shopping experience of your customers by giving them more options to pick from and ultimately choose the one best suitable for their needs.

They also give you the possibility to up-sell your products. These features are called product selections and variations in the Cleverbridge platform.

Product and Plan Selections

Choose the product and plans selections feature if you would like to highlight the best value of a specific product option compared to other product options. Product selections could include product versions with more extensive range of features. Product plans give your customers the option to commit to a discounted longer-running subscription. Both allow you to accommodate a wide variety of customers.

Product Variation

Choose the product variations feature if you would like to offer product suggestions to customers once they picked a particular product for purchaseClosed An order made by a customer and the records associated with it.. Variations could be set up for product with different languages, operating systems, or number of licenses purchased for instance.
