Affiliate dimension
The Affiliate dimension is used to group or filter a report by affiliates. Affiliate data is related to an order item, at the product level, and not to an order. You can select this dimension for either one of the axes in the Dimension Group section or for the Dimension Filter section, but not both. When you select this dimension for either section, more options display to further refine the report results.
Browser dimension
The Browser dimension is used to group or filter a report by the Internet browser the customer used in the checkout. You can select this dimension for either one of the axes in the Dimension Group section or for the Dimension Filter section, but not both. Business Category dimension
The Business Category dimension is used to group or filter a report by business category, such as B2B (business-to-business) or B2C (business-to-customer).
Client Account dimension
The Client Account dimension is used to group or filter a report by client account. You can select this dimension for either one of the axes in the Dimension Group section or for the Dimension Filter section, but not both. When you select this dimension for either section, more options display to further refine the report results.
Configuration dimension
The Configuration dimension is used to group or filter a report by Cleverbridge configurations. You can select this dimension for either one of the axes in the Dimension Group section or for the Dimension Filter section, but not both. When you select this dimension for either section, more options display to further refine the report results.
Country dimension
The Country dimension is used to group or filter a report by country. You can select this dimension for either one of the axes in the Dimension Group section or for the Dimension Filter section, but not both. Currency dimension
The Currency dimension is used to group or filter a report by the Cleverbridge checkout currency the customer used. You can select this dimension for either one of the axes in the Dimension Group section or for the Dimension Filter section, but not both. Customer Contact Method dimension
The Customer Contact Method dimension is used to group or filter a report by how the customer contacted customer support, such as by email or phone. You can select this dimension for either one of the axes in the Dimension Group section or for the Dimension Filter section, but not both. Customer Contact Reason dimension
The Customer Contact Reason dimension is used to group or filter a report by the reason why the customer contacted customer support, such as for payment or technical issues. You can select this dimension for either one of the axes in the Dimension Group section or for the Dimension Filter section, but not both. Language dimension
The Language dimension is used to group or filter a report by the Cleverbridge checkout language the customer used. You can select this dimension for either one of the axes in the Dimension Group section or for the Dimension Filter section, but not both. Merchant of Record dimension
The Merchant of record dimension is used to group or filter a report by merchant of record, which can be either Cleverbridge Inc. (INC) or Cleverbridge GmbH (GmbH).
MVT Campaign dimension
The MVT Campaign dimension is used to group or filter a report by MVT Campaign. You can select this dimension for either one of the axes in the Dimension Group section or for the Dimension Filter section, but not both. When you select this dimension for either section, more options display to further refine the report results.
Nature of Customer Contact dimension
The Nature of Customer Contact dimension is used to group or filter a report by who contacted customer support, such as a customer, client, or third party. You can select this dimension for either one of the axes in the Dimension Group section or for the Dimension Filter section, but not both. Operating System dimension
The Operating System dimension is used to group or filter a report by the customer's operating system. You can select this dimension for either one of the axes in the Dimension Group section or for the Dimension Filter section, but not both. Original Product (Cross/Sub-Sells) dimension
The Original Product (Cross/Sub-Sells)* dimension is used to group or filter a report by original products that had cross-sells or sub-sells. You can select this dimension for either one of the axes in the Dimension Group section or for the Dimension Filter section, but not both. Original Product (Up-Sells) dimension
The Original Product (Up-Sells)* dimension is used to group or filter a report by original products that had up-sells, such as a professional software (up-sell) sold instead of a basic software (original product). You can select this dimension for either one of the axes in the Dimension Group section or for the Dimension Filter section, but not both. When you select this dimension for either section, more options display to further refine the report results.
Page Type dimension
The Page Type dimension is used to group or filter a report by the type of Cleverbridge Web page the customer used, such as checkout or shopping cart. The page type is indicated in a Cleverbridge URL after ?scope=, such as ?scope=checkout for checkout process Web pages.
Parameter 1 dimension
The Parameter 1 dimension is used to group or filter a report by the x-parameters set up in the Parameter 1 hierarchy in Revenue Tracking Setup in Commerce Assistant. Payment Type dimension
The Payment Type dimension is used to group or filter a report by the type of payment the customer used. You can select this dimension for either one of the axes in the Dimension Group section or for the Dimension Filter section, but not both. Product dimension
The Product dimension is used to group or filter a report by products. You can select this dimension for either one of the axes in the Dimension Group section or for the Dimension Filter section, but not both. Promotion dimension
The Promotion dimension is used to group or filter a report by promotion. Promotion data is related to an order item, at the product level, and not to an order. You can select this dimension for either one of the axes in the Dimension Group section or for the Dimension Filter section, but not both. Purchase Order dimension
The Purchase Order dimension is used to group or filter a report by purchase orders. You can select this dimension for either one of the axes in the Dimension Group section or for the Dimension Filter section, but not both. Recommendation (Cross/Sub-Sells) dimension
The Recommendation (Cross/Sub-Sells)* dimension is used to group or filter a report by recommendations of the type cross-sell or sub-sell. You can select this dimension for either one of the axes in the Dimension Group section or for the Dimension Filter section, but not both. The Recommendation (Up-Sells)* dimension is used to group or filter a report by recommendations of the type up-sell, such as a professional software (recommended product) offered instead of a basic software (original product). You can select this dimension for either one of the axes in the Dimension Group section or for the Dimension Filter section, but not both. When you select this dimension for either section, more options display to further refine the report results.
Salutation dimension
The Salutation dimension is used to group or filter a report by the salutation the customer chose in the checkout. You can select this dimension for either one of the axes in the Dimension Group section or for the Dimension Filter section, but not both. When you select this dimension for either section, more options display to further refine the report results.
Subscription Interval Number dimension
The Subscription Interval Number dimension is used to group or filter a report by the initial subscription purchase (interval 0) and subsequent intervals for renewals. You can select this dimension for either one of the axes in the Dimension Group section or for the Dimension Filter section, but not both. When you select this dimension for either section, more options display to further refine the report results.
Time dimension
The Time dimension is used to group or filter a report by increments of time. This is one of the most common dimensions to use, because this is how you select or change the length of time covered by the report or how the returned data is grouped, such as by month, day, or hour.
Time until Payment Dimension
The Time until Payment dimension is used to group or filter a report by the duration of time between when the order was submitted and when the payment was processed for the order. You can select this dimension for either one of the axes in the Dimension Group section or for the Dimension Filter section, but not both. When you select this dimension for either section, more options display to further refine the report results.
Time until Purchase Dimension
The Time until Purchase dimension is used to group or filter a report by the duration of time that passed between the moment the customer started the session and the customer placed the order. You can select this dimension for either one of the axes in the Dimension Group section or for the Dimension Filter section, but not both. When you select this dimension for either section, more options display to further refine the report results.
Time until Return Dimension
The Time until Return dimension is used to group or filter a report by the duration of time between when payment for an order was processed and when the same order was returned through a refund or chargeback. You can select this dimension for either one of the axes in the Dimension Group section or for the Dimension Filter section, but not both.
