Cleverbridge ecosystem includes:

    • CleverAutomations: A premium solution for automating customer engagement, retention, and operational workflows, ensuring efficiency and scalability.

  • Desktop Tools: Well-known to our customers, these desktop applications are partially moved to the Web Admin Tool but can still be used to provide solutions for daily business operations:
    • Commerce Assistant (CA): A desktop application tailored for managing day-to-day operations, offering tools for catalog management, reporting, product delivery, and customer interaction.
    • Business Intelligence (BI): A powerful analytics desktop tool that provides detailed insights into your business performance, including sales trends, customer behavior, and operational metrics, enabling data-driven decision-making.
