What happens after approval

Approval means your application can move forward into contracting and onboarding. It does not yet mean that your setup is ready to process live transactions.

The steps below outline how we move from approval to launch.

StageWhat happensWhat this means for you
Contracting

We complete the required contractual documentation and confirm the approved scope of the relationship.

You receive clarity on the commercial, legal, and operational framework for working with Cleverbridge.

Account and project setup

We establish the relevant accounts, contacts, environments, and onboarding workstreams.

Your teams gain the structure, access, and points of contact needed to move implementation forward efficiently.

Technical implementation

Your team works with Cleverbridge to configure and integrate the agreed solution.

Together, we build the setup needed to support your products, pricing, checkout, subscriptions, payments, tax, fulfillment, reporting, and customer operations.

Testing

We test the agreed customer journeys, integrations, and operational processes before launch.

Any issues can be identified and resolved before customers begin using the live setup.

Launch readiness

We confirm that the required contractual, technical, operational, and compliance activities are complete.

Once the agreed requirements are met, we align on launch timing and the final steps needed to go live.

Ongoing partnership

After launch, we continue working with you as your business, products, and markets evolve.

By keeping us informed about material changes, you give our teams the opportunity to help you plan ahead, explore new opportunities, and adapt your setup as you enter new markets, launch products, or refine your commercial model.

Launch timing depends on the approved scope and the successful completion of the required contracting, implementation, testing, and readiness activities.

Changes to your approved setup

As your business grows, your products, markets, or operating model may change. Sharing material updates with us early helps us explore the right approach and support your plans as smoothly as possible.

Please tell your Cleverbridge contact about changes such as:

  • ownership or legal-entity changes;
  • new or materially changed products;
  • new business models or billing practices;
  • expansion into new sales countries;
  • changes to licenses or regulatory status;
  • significant changes to websites, customer terms, refunds, or support;
  • changes to fulfillment, physical shipment, customs, or recycling obligations.
note

Some changes may require an additional review before they can be included in the live setup. We will work with you to understand the impact and identify the best path forward.
