Support for your customers

Cleverbridge provides dedicated customer support throughout the entire customer journey — from pre-sale questions to payment, post-purchase, and order management support.

From the Cleverbridge Customer Help Center, your customers can search for articles, browse frequently asked questions, use our AI-powered chatbot, CleverBot, to ask questions about their order(s), retrieve order information with the Purchase Lookup, request self-service refunds, and learn about cancelling subscriptions.

If your customers cannot find the information they need, they can submit a request to Cleverbridge Customer Support via the email contact form.
