Answers to your customers' questions
The Cleverbridge Customer Help Center is a dedicated support and self-service page for your customers. It gives them several ways to find answers in one place:
- Search for articles by entering keywords or questions
- Open popular topics, such as refunds, product or installation support, and subscription cancellation
- Browse frequently asked questions
- Use Cleverbot to ask questions about their Cleverbridge order
- Access self-service options to retrieve order information, request a refund, or cancel a subscription

Use search
Your customers can use the search field to enter keywords or questions related to their issue.

The search results page displays Help Center articles that address the issue from the customer perspective. When available, the results are preceded by an AI-generated summary that gives customers a quick answer based on relevant Help Center materials.

From the search results, customers can open suggested articles to view more detailed information.
Browse frequently asked questions
Your customers can select Frequently Asked Questions on the Customer Help Center homepage to browse articles about common post-purchase questions.

The FAQ page organizes articles by topic, such as popular topics, order and delivery, payment, product support, data privacy and security, sales tax exemption, and vendor and supplier information. This helps customers browse available information even when they do not have a specific search term.

Use Cleverbot
If your customers cannot find the answer they need through search, popular topics, or FAQs, they can use Cleverbot from the chat icon in the lower-right corner of the page.

Cleverbot can answer questions about Cleverbridge orders and suggest relevant support paths, such as refund requests, subscription cancellation, technical or product-related support, redelivery of order information, or another topic.

Based on the customer's question, Cleverbot provides a response and can suggest related articles.
