The Configure module in the Subscription Commerce Manager allows you to create and edit products that you sell using the Cleverbridge platform. It also helps you configure your shopping cart to offer the best customerClosed An individual or business purchasing your product or service by placing an order through Cleverbridge. Selection Menus

Plan Selection Menu

Plan Selection Menus is a pick list that helps your customers select the most advantageous subscription offer, which helps decrease the risk of churn significantly as customers receive the best value for their purchase.

Example

In the following cart, the customer selects a 3-year subscription with the highest discounted price instead of the pricier 1-year and discounted 2-year subscription.

Product Selection Menu

Product Selection Menus is a pick list that helps your customers select the most advantageous product version offer. This can be interesting if you sell different packages of the same product and you wish to up-sell the customer.

Example

The example below shows a customer choosing between the basic, basic extended, and professional version of a product. The customer selects the professional version, which comes with a higher value of more extended features than the initially chosen basic version of the product. Discounts can be used to incentivize the professional version further.

In the Product Selection Menus section, you can find the following features and options:

In the Selection Text section, you can set up different options for a product in the cart from which the customer can choose, such as:

  • Version
  • Language
  • License period
  • Number of licenses
  • Subscription billing intervals

The customer makes a selection and then continues the checkout process for that selection.

In the following cart, customers can select from different language versions of the product. The example shows a customer selecting the French version of the product, which comes with a higher value than the Dutch or German version as the customer only speaks French.

Add a Product List

A product list is a list of products you select and categorize for a particular purpose such as:

  • Affiliate commissions — Setting a commission for a specific group of products for an affiliate
  • Product type — A list of all your security products

To add a product list, click Add product list and complete the following:

  1. Enter a name for the product list.
  2. In the List type drop-down, select:
    1. Exclude List to exclude specific products from the list. This option is best when you have only a few products that are not included in the list. Or
    2. Include List to include specific products in the list. This option is best when you have a limited number of products in the list.
  3. Search for and select the product(s) that you would like to include in or exclude from the list.
  4. Click Save.
