Track affiliates and partners

This section describes various methods affiliates can use for tracking, including affiliate tracking (how affiliates are credited for purchases), revenue tracking (how affiliates can track the source of orders), and third-party tracking (how affiliates can embed third-party tracking codes to measure the effectiveness of paid search campaigns).

Similar to the checkout process, you can submit additional parameter data to the partner and affiliate signup processes. The parameter names must start with xp- for partner signup and xa- for affiliate signup processes.

You can create a questionnaire form on your website for partners to fill out before they sign up. This can be useful to collect information on partners, for example what products they intend to resell.
