Order and access the clearing supplement file
The Clearing supplement file is available on request. To start the setup, contact your Cleverbridge representative and specify which delivery method you want to use.
Requesting the clearing supplement file
When submitting your request, include:
- your preferred delivery method,
- the client account or legal entity the file should be configured for, and
- any relevant technical details needed for the setup.
Available access methods
You can access the clearing supplement file using one of the following methods:
- SFTP access: A simple, secure file transfer setup and plan to download files manually or through basic scheduled jobs.
- AWS S3 access: Best for clients who already use AWS and want to integrate the files directly into automated cloud-based data pipelines.
Choose the method that best matches your internal processes, security requirements, and integration landscape. If you are unsure which method to use, contact your Cleverbridge representative.

- AWS access
SFTP access uses SSH key-based authentication.
Step 1: Generate and share your public SSH key
- Generate an SSH public/private key pair if you do not already have one.
- Send your public key to your Cleverbridge contact.
- Cleverbridge will configure access to your folder using your public key.

Step 2: Receive your SSH access details
After the setup is completed, you receive the connection details required for your SFTP client, such as host, username, and port.
Step 3: Access data
- Connect to the SFTP server using your private key.
- Open your assigned folder.
- Download or process the files you need.
AWS S3 access
AWS S3 access is available for clients who prefer to retrieve the clearing supplement file through AWS-based integration.
Step 1: Share your AWS role
- Share the AWS role that Cleverbridge should use for bucket access.
- Cleverbridge will grant access to the relevant bucket or folder.
Step 2: Receive your access details
After the setup is completed, you receive the information needed to access the AWS S3 location.
Step 3: Access data
- Use your AWS role to access the configured bucket or folder.
- Navigate to the location where your files are provided.
- Download or process the files you need.
