Recurring payment flow
For recurring credit card payments, if the customer has not requested a subscription cancellation before the due date, the renewal amount is automatically transferred from the customer's account to Cleverbridge within three business days.
Cleverbridge uses automated tools to ensure the payment details are up to date prior to the renewal date. For more information, see Collect failed online payments automatically.
