Manage partner registration

There are three ways to manage partner registration:

• Partners sign themselves up with the online sign-up form (recommended).
• You manually enter partners in Commerce Assistant in the Partner portal. For more information, see Manage a Partner.
• You import your partners from your previous platform by using an MS Excel upload. For more information, contact Client Experience.

tip

It’s best for your partners to register themselves through the online sign-up form, instead of you manually entering them in Commerce Assistant.

You can avoid duplicates in Commerce Assistant if they register themselves. Also, because they could be working with multiple Cleverbridge clients, if they register themselves they can manage their relationships with all clients in one place.
