BACS Direct Debit

BACS Direct Debit is a B2B payment method available only in UK and only in the GBP currency. It's supported for web and mobile checkouts.

The customer experience through BACS Direct Debit involves the following steps:

1. The customer chooses BACS Direct Debit payment option on the Cleverbridge checkout page.

2. The customer provides bank details (including the account number, sort code, and account holder's name) and consents required to complete the payment.

3. The customer receives order confirmation and Direct Debit Guarantee.

4. Upon payment completion, Cleverbridge delivers the order including a product key and a download link to the customer via email.

It usually takes up to 14 business days for the order to be paid.
