Retention dashboard
The Retention dashboard in Business Review is coming soon. It will provide subscription-level retention analytics to help you understand customer behavior, reduce churn, and maximize lifetime value.
While we’re developing the consolidated retention dashboard, you can access core retention metrics using the following tools:
- Subscriptions dashboard — Explore subscription metrics, trends, and performance drivers. For more information, see Subscription analytics.
- Report Builder — Build custom retention reports using specific dimensions, metrics, and filters. For more information, see Create reports with Report Builder.
