The most popular digital wallet in China, Alipay is a leading online payment solution with a vast user base in the Asian markets. Alipay implements a robust encryption mechanism and guarantees secure transactions and data protection for its customers.
On the Cleverbridge checkout, the customer experience with Alipay is as follows:

1. The customer chooses Alipay as a payment option and clicks Buy Now on the Cleverbridge checkout page.

2. The Alipay application opens, and the customer logs in with their Alipay credentials to complete the payment.

3. The customer selects their preferred card and clicks Confirm.

4. The customer receives a payment password that must be entered to authenticate the payment.

5. Once the the transaction is completed, the customer is redirected to the confirmation page, where they can view the transaction details. The order delivery via email follows shortly after.
