Selection menus
Use Selection Menus when customers should choose between related product or subscription options in the cart.
Selection menus are managed in SCM under Configure > Selection Menus.
Choose a selection menu type
| Selection menu type | Use it for | Customer choice |
|---|---|---|
| Product Selection Menu | Product versions, editions, or packages. | Customers choose which product version to buy. |
| Plan Selection Menu | Billing plans or subscription durations. | Customers choose which subscription plan or billing duration to buy. |
Use a Product Selection Menu when customers compare versions of a product, such as Basic, Professional, and Enterprise.
Use a Plan Selection Menu when customers compare subscription plans or billing periods, such as 1 year, 2 years, and 3 years.
