Bookmark reports

Add a bookmark to your reports in the Analyze section of our web admin tool for quick access. Make a bookmark private for your own use or public for easy sharing with other users.

Bookmark types

Private Bookmarks

Private bookmarks are visible and accessible only to the user who created them.

Public Bookmarks

Public bookmarks are accessible to all users associated with a specific ClientID. If a parent group exists, these bookmarks are also available to users within that group.

Add a bookmark

Save the currently applied settings in a selected report on the current page. This includes:

  • Filters
  • Columns and metrics to be displayed
  • Values in dropdowns

Limitations

  • The type of chart selected (e.g., Donut or Bar) cannot be saved.
  • Top N settings, sorting preferences, and custom time periods are not saved.

To add a bookmark:

  1. Go to the Analyze tab, then select the required report.
  2. Select the Add Bookmark button.
  3. In the popup, add a unique name for your bookmark.
  4. Optionally, select the Public Bookmark toggle.
  5. Click OK.

Access bookmarks

Access public bookmarks.

To access bookmarks:

  1. From the Analyze tab, select the Bookmark icon.
  2. Access all saved bookmarks, private and public, on the right-hand pane.
  3. Use the search bar for quick access.

Replace a bookmark

Overwrite an existing bookmark that belongs to the current user with the current state of a report. Users can only replace their own bookmarks.

To replace a bookmark:

  1. Go to the Analyze tab, then select Subscriptions or Report Builder.
  2. Open the three-dot menu, click Replace Bookmark.
  3. In the popup, enter the name of the bookmark in the search field or select the bookmark from the dropdown.
  4. Click Submit.

  1. From the Analyze tab, select the Bookmark icon.
  2. In the Bookmarks pane, hover over your bookmark and click on the pen icon.
  3. In the popup, enter a new name for the bookmark.
  4. Click OK.

Change bookmark visibility

Bookmarks are private by default.

To change visibility:

  1. From the Analyze tab, select the Bookmark icon.
  2. In the Bookmarks pane, hover over your bookmark and click the Edit icon.
  3. In the popup, use the toggle to change the visibility status.
  4. Click OK.

Delete a bookmark

  1. From the Analyze tab, select the Bookmark icon.
  2. In the Bookmarks pane, hover over your bookmark and click on the Recycle Bin.
  3. In the popup, click OK.
