Pay with Amazon Pay (legacy)

Amazon Pay is no longer available for new purchases through Cleverbridge. This article applies if you have a legacy Amazon Pay transaction.
How the legacy purchase flow worked
- You selected Amazon Pay in the express-checkout area of the Cleverbridge checkout.
- You signed in to your Amazon account.
- You entered a billing and shipping address and selected your preferred payment method.
- For a subscription, you consented to an automatic billing agreement.
- You reviewed the billing information and confirmed the purchase.
- Cleverbridge completed the transaction and sent an order confirmation with the product and receipt.
Refunds for a legacy transaction
If you need a refund for a purchase originally paid with Amazon Pay, contact Cleverbridge Customer Support and provide your Cleverbridge reference number.
