Pay by ACH Credit
Overview
ACH Credit lets you send a payment from a US bank account using the bank instructions provided by Cleverbridge. You initiate the transfer through your bank; Cleverbridge does not pull the funds from your account.
Complete the payment
- On the Cleverbridge checkout, select ACH Credit.
- Confirm the order. Cleverbridge provides the bank details and payment instructions.
- In your bank's website or app, create a new ACH Credit payment using the provided details.
- Enter the payment reference exactly as shown in the Cleverbridge instructions so that the transfer can be matched to your order.
- Submit the payment through your bank.
- After Cleverbridge confirms and matches the funds, Cleverbridge sends the delivery details by email.
ACH payments are processed on banking days and are not instant. The ACH network can settle a credit on the same day, the next banking day, or in two banking days, but matching the transfer to an order may add time. For an overview of ACH Credits, see How ACH payments work from Nacha.
If the payment is delayed
Keep your bank's transfer confirmation. If the order is still unpaid after your bank confirms the transfer, contact Cleverbridge Customer Support and provide the order reference, amount, payment date, and bank confirmation.
