Pay by Zengin Fund Transfer
Overview
Zengin Fund Transfer lets you send a domestic bank payment in Japan using the instructions provided by Cleverbridge. You initiate the transfer through a participating financial institution.
Complete the payment
- On the Cleverbridge checkout, select Zengin Fund Transfer.
- Confirm the order. Cleverbridge provides the bank details, amount, and payment reference.
- Through a transfer channel supported by your bank, create the transfer using the provided details.
- Enter the payment reference exactly as shown so that the transfer can be matched to your order.
- Review the transfer details and submit the payment through your bank.
- After Cleverbridge confirms and matches the funds, Cleverbridge sends the delivery details by email.
If the payment is delayed
Keep your bank's transfer confirmation. If the order is still unpaid after your bank confirms the transfer, contact Cleverbridge Customer Support and provide the order reference, amount, payment date, and bank confirmation.
