Pay with Boleto Bancario

Overview

Boleto Bancario is a Brazilian payment slip that can be presented electronically or on paper. It contains the payment amount, due date, payer and beneficiary information, and a barcode or numeric payment line.

Complete the payment

  1. On the Cleverbridge checkout, select Boleto Bancario.
  2. Confirm the order. Cleverbridge displays or sends the purchase details and payment slip.
  3. Pay the boleto using a supported banking channel. You can use the electronic payment details; printing is not required when your chosen channel accepts an electronic boleto.
  4. Keep the payment receipt until the order is complete.
  5. After Cleverbridge receives and matches the payment confirmation, Cleverbridge makes the delivery available.

Subscription renewals

Boleto does not renew automatically. For every subscription renewal, open the Cleverbridge renewal communication and complete the new boleto payment manually.

The Banco Central do Brasil explains that boleto clearing can take several business days. For the official instrument requirements and payment guidance, see the Banco Central do Brasil boleto FAQ (Portuguese).

If the payment is delayed

If the order remains unpaid after your bank confirms the boleto payment, contact Cleverbridge Customer Support and provide the order reference and payment receipt.
