Pay by BACS Direct Debit

Overview

BACS Direct Debit lets an eligible UK customer authorize payment from a GBP bank account.

Complete the payment

1. On the Cleverbridge checkout, select BACS Direct Debit.
2. Enter the account holder's name, account number, and sort code.
3. Review and authorize the Direct Debit instruction.
4. Confirm the order.
5. Cleverbridge sends the order confirmation and the Direct Debit Guarantee.
6. After the payment completes, Cleverbridge sends the delivery details by email.

The Direct Debit Guarantee protects payers if a Direct Debit is collected in error and gives the payer the right to cancel the instruction. For the official safeguards, see the Bacs Direct Debit guidance.

Cancel or question a Direct Debit

Contact your bank or building society if you need to cancel the instruction or believe a payment was collected in error. Canceling the instruction does not cancel the underlying order or subscription; contact Cleverbridge separately about the purchase.
