Pay by SWIFT Wire Transfer

Overview

SWIFT Wire Transfer lets you send a bank transfer using the bank instructions provided by Cleverbridge. Your bank and, for some routes, intermediary banks process the payment before it reaches the recipient bank.

Complete the payment

  1. On the Cleverbridge checkout, select Wire Transfer.
  2. Confirm the order. Cleverbridge provides the bank information, amount, currency, and payment reference.
  3. In your bank's website, app, or branch, create the transfer using the provided details.
  4. Enter the payment reference exactly as shown so that the transfer can be matched to your order.
  5. Review any fees and exchange-rate information shown by your bank, then submit the transfer.
  6. After Cleverbridge confirms and matches the funds, Cleverbridge sends the delivery details by email.

SWIFT provides secure payment messages between financial institutions; the banks move the funds. Local checks, intermediary banks, and the recipient bank can affect the total processing time. See What is Swift? for an official overview.

If the payment is delayed

Keep your bank's transfer confirmation. If the order is still unpaid after your bank confirms the transfer, contact Cleverbridge Customer Support and provide the order reference, amount, currency, payment date, and bank confirmation.
