Pay by check
Overview
Check payment lets you place the order through the Cleverbridge checkout and then send the check using the instructions provided for that order.
Complete the payment
- On the Cleverbridge checkout, select Check.
- Review and confirm the order.
- Read the check-submission instructions provided by Cleverbridge.
- Prepare the check using the recipient, amount, and other details shown in those instructions.
- Send the check exactly as directed and keep a copy or proof of submission.
- Wait for the check to be received and processed. Cleverbridge applies the applicable order and delivery behavior after the payment result is recorded.
Do not rely on general mailing or recipient information from another order. Follow the instructions created for your specific purchase.
If the payment is delayed
Check your order communication for its current instructions. If you need help after sending the check, contact Cleverbridge Customer Support and provide the order reference, amount, submission date, and available proof of submission.
