Pay with Klarna Pay Later

Overview

Klarna Pay Later lets eligible customers receive an order after authorization and pay Klarna by the due date shown in the Klarna app or communication.

Pay for a purchase

1. On the Cleverbridge checkout, select Klarna Pay Later.
2. Continue to the Klarna form.
3. Review and confirm the billing information, then return to the checkout.
4. Review the order and select Buy Now.
5. After Klarna authorizes the order, Cleverbridge displays the delivery details on the confirmation page.
6. Check the Klarna app or Klarna communication for the payment due date and payment instructions.

Klarna describes Pay Later as a deferred-payment option. The exact due date, eligibility decision, and product name vary by market. See Klarna's official payment-option descriptions.

Subscription renewals

For a subscription renewal, follow the Cleverbridge reminder or confirmation and check the Klarna app for the amount and due date. Update the payment details through the provided link if Cleverbridge asks you to do so.

Refunds and payment questions

If Cleverbridge issues a refund, check the corresponding Klarna purchase or invoice for the adjustment. Contact Klarna about the invoice or collection status and contact Cleverbridge Customer Support about the order or refund request.

Information changed in the Klarna form is not automatically copied to the Cleverbridge billing details; review both before submitting the order.
